Uses Uses* A homeopathic combination for the temporary relief of the disruptions in circadian rhythms and fatigue associated with jet lag from flying and the symptoms of insomnia, exhaustion, irritability and anxiety.
How to use / dosing
Directions Directions For Adults and Children over 6 years: Chew 1 tablet at takeoff, 1 approximately every 2 hours, and 1 upon landing. No need to wake up if you are asleep; get your rest and continue with tablets when you up.
