About This Screen

M-CHAT-R is the standalone 20-item parent screener. The M-CHAT-R/F adds a structured follow-up interview for items the parent answered at-risk. This page implements the 20-item screener and surfaces which items failed and risk stratification; the M-CHAT-R/F follow-up interview itself is administered live by the clinician during the visit using a standardized protocol.
